Forest River boasts that the r-Pod has the, “Lowest tow weight in its class.” What does that mean for you? The r-Pod’s hitch weight ranges from 225-379 pounds, which means less wear and tear on your vehicle and less money out of your pocket.
The lightweight construction doesn’t mean the r-Pod is cheaply made. The welded aluminum sidewalls and floor, aluminum wheel fenders and Lumilux gel-coated fiberglass mean more durability at a lower weight than the rest.
