Glamping 101
Campers who enjoy tent camping tend to look at RVing as glamping, or, glamorous camping. Did you know you can actually turn your RV camping experience into one that is even more luxurious. Yep, your RVing experience can easily mirror a five star hotel right out in the gorgeous great outdoors with a few tweaks. Here are some ideas to make your RV’s camping site gorgeous and inviting.
Plants
Maybe it’s the nature lover in us, but plants just bring a certain class to a space. You can find gorgeous indoor/outdoor plants that can grace the interior of your RV while traveling and can be put outside to spruce up the exterior. Some of the best types include hens and chicks, spiral grass and spider plants.
Lights
Decorative lights shouldn’t just be reserved for holidays. Decorate your camp site with hanging lights that provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the evening. Many are available from plain white to colored to those with special coverings.
Flameless Candles
A variety of flameless candles are available to create a relaxing environment without the risk of fire. Many also offer scents, so your RV smells just like home wherever you are.
Outdoor Rug
An easy to clean outdoor rug can add a lot of character to your camping site. Choose one with bright colors and a fun pattern. This not only makes the site attractive, it also helps reduce the amount of dirt your track into your RV. It’s a win-win!
Outdoor Pillows
Outdoor pillows offer comfort and are a super easy way to add character to your site. They stay clean and are moisture resistant, so you don’t have to worry about mold and mildew growing on them.
